Lauren Hanano

Product Marketing Manager, Tolstoy

Overview

As a goal-oriented project manager, I possess a deep understanding of product design and excel at balancing creativity and data. In my role as Product Marketing Manager at Tolstoy, I drove traffic, conversions, retention, and revenue using technical and non-technical strategies. I am highly adaptable and have experience wearing many hats, including conducting sales/demo calls, onboarding new customers, and performing deep product research to learn about our users and their needs. I collaborated closely with the head of sales, cross-referencing data and providing reports on company growth and marketing performance, to ensure that we targeted our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and achieved our goals for signups, qualified inbounds, and demo calls.

Drive company growth and revenue through non-paid marketing tactics.

Tools Used

Tolstoy is based out of Tel Aviv, Israel. I work remotely with a 10-hour time difference. Having weekly video calls and chatting daily on Slack makes it feel like we are together in person. When I traveled to Israel to meet everyone in person for the first time, I already felt I’d known them for a while and it didn’t feel much different.
